Collier’s Cafe

Awesome new cafe in Pittsford. The food is expensive, but it’s so worth it. Their special snickerdoodle latte with cold foam was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the ricotta toast and breakfast sandwich. It’s a cute little restaurant with plenty of seating and good service.

Collier’s cafe is located right across from book culture on Main Street in Pittsford. Can I just say that’s such a dangerous combination?? If I still lived in Rochester, this would be a CONSTANT struggle with getting books and coffee because they’re so close. Not to mention the jellycat store next door…. In all seriousness, the coffee here at Collier’s was so cute. It tasted amazing too! I’m so happy that the coffee I’ve been trying here in Rochester this week has all been amazing. I got the salted caramel latte and it was really good! They also had seasonal options but this morning I was craving something really sweet! They have a lot of food and pastry options which was very enticing! When I asked about gluten free options, they said they did have them but they were out at the moment. Such a cute stop to hit up. I can’t recommend it enough.

Love this new coffee shop! Such a great additional to downtown Pittsford. They have a pretty large food and drink menu, the inside is cute, and they have a couple of tables outside. The breakfast sandwich and chicken salad sandwich are very good. Definitely check them out if you are in the area!

SO cute! My daughter and I stumbled upon this little gem and fell in love. Coffee is delicious and food was 10/10. We got the sourdough avocado toast and strawberry ricotta toast. Definitely will be back!

Awesome daily specials. The syrup is home made. PB and lavender are really unique flavors. Prices for drinks are on the steep end but justified given the options and the fact that they're not off-the-shelf. The fig/pistachio bread is really tasty but INSANELY rich - get it, but definitely split it with someone. The pastries, however, are from a local commissary and have been sitting there probably since 5 a.m. - they're mediocre. I'm not going to ding them a star since they don't make them - but the fact that they don't make them is a downside and I'd avoid them and go elsewhere in Pittsford for fresh baked goods after getting your coffee.

Pittsford needed a spot like this!! The lavender honey latte was delicious! The carrot cake cupcake hit the spot! The service was impeccable! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she was such a sweet soul. The drinks are handcrafted, you can taste the care and perfection that goes into them with each sip. The fresh florals on the tables, and local artwork on the walls make this place a bright, vibrant spot to grab coffee with a friend, or work remotely. I cannot wait to watch them continue to thrive!

We got the snickerdoodle latte, strawberry lemonade, cold brew with house-made salted caramel syrup, and the buffalo chicken wrap. Everything was PHENOMENAL! Everything is so fresh and local, all the syrups are made in-house, and the service and owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and warm. It’s a very cozy spot with natural light, beautiful art, and a great atmosphere. Whether you’re here for a quick cup of coffee to go, a sit down coffee date, or a study spot it is a wonderful cafe perfect for Pittsford. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Oat milk latte with the house made pistachio syrup was so good. Great flavor and not too sweet. Staff was amazing and friendly. Highly recommend.
